: I see two layers of 3/4" fir plywood. What did you glue it with?
This 2" x 4" internal strongback was glued with a polyurathane glue, and nailed every six inches or so at each edge with fencing nails with textured shanks. The vertical pieces are cut for a rabbet joint.
The vertical 3/4" ply widths produce a 1/2" slot in the middle that the end forms fit into.
