Yup, looks like it's pulling away on the edge. I've only done one boat, but I had a problem with where I tried to put a bias strip on the very sharp bow line. I kept an eye on it the layup, went out to the garage every hour or so and at the opportune "moment" when the epoxy was sticky but still not quite set up, pushing in on the offending area with my gloved hand helped substatially. I have no suggestions for a fix though, other than cutting out the affected area. I've thought of pre-folding a strip of bias cut glass for the next project so the glass isn't as likely to want to return to a flat shape, perhaps if you have to patch the area that would help.
