Hey, Josh-

Either way you'll get a beautiful boat.

Each buider has his preferences- I tried B&C on my first boat, seemed about halfway through that simply putting a bevel on was easier, and alot more fun than routing an edge. Probably has something to do with the boat, and strip patterns, too.

If you are comfortable using a block plane, or think you might be, you might consider just beveling the edges by hand and pass on the B&C. I think it is easier, and provides a tighter joint, IMHO.
