Thanks for the clear responses. I guess I am complicating a simple process. I will go with the Titebond plan. Buy on small bottle and a big one and have the ease and economy.
And then I will glass it for strength. Now to decide on e-glass, s-glass, kevlar, carbon fiber... Just kidding.
I think I'll follow good advice and keep it simple on the first one. So staples will also be used. Now if I can just keep from planning the second until the first is finished.
