When pre-coating, how long would you let it sit before putting the cloth on? - it would make sense to me that I would have to either put it on right away or let it get past the tacky stage in order to get my cloth to lie "easily" on top unless one was very very careful in laying the cloth down realizing I may not be able to move it once it hits the tacky surface. Waiting till it's no longer tacky presumably means a light sanding before the cloth goes on?
