as i'm a fairly messy guy always spilling my coffee, beer and glue and have dirty grubby hands or leather gloves while heat bending, on 2 yaks in progress i have prestained and sealed the ply sheets before even cutout. so those problems eliminated.
brings it's own set of problems (re/staining all the wireholes, scratches,drops etc). tight grain 4x8 panel take abt 3-4oz epoxy, open grain abt 7-8 for me. not worried abt mech adhesion of subsequent layers down the line.
will see how turns out.
