Hey Rehd,

I think that's what Steve Phillips did. I've sent an email to Tom with some questions. The kayak that I posted the pic of used 10oz duck canvas at $2.50 per yard (bulk purchase). It ssems like the big thing with a lot of the boys was the custom paint jobs (stripes, rainbows, shark heads, or just plain black).
