Some believe England is the source of all great tools. Times have changed a little but even so, you should not have to import supplies from the new world. Check out suppliers of classic gentlemen's tools - look for names like Record and Clifton. I would simply pick up a honing guide, silicon carbide paper and a few good water stones. Use the honing guide once a year to help regrind the primary bevel. Otherwise the microbevel can be ground by simply holding the blade steady in your hands.
