No time for a funeral. Split the keel all the way to the point where it is straight. Retie it and reglue it. Sand off anything that looks "extra" adn it should be ok. I couldn't get to the link but your problem sounds like the one I had while building my WD Lightning 17. I forgot to set the hull panels straight before gluing.
