No, I'm 5'2" and 110 lbs. At this point, both hull and deck have 3" (9 oz.) tape on the inside seams and 4 oz. cloth on everything inside. I think I'll put a single layer of 6 oz. cloth on the exteriors but am still debating whether to add tape on the keel line. If I don't do a perfect job applying it, it'll be something to mess up the flow of water under the hull, so I'm inclined to leave it off. I wonder if there's something else I could put on the keel line that's lighter, thinner, and easy to replace when scraped up. Like maybe that clear plastic tape that Subaru and Toyota place over the tip of cars' hoods for rock protection. (At least that's what they do here in rock-chip land.)

I cut the hatches last night, WHEW! Big sigh of relief at no disasters there. But I discovered that merely drilling a line of starter holes for the plunge cut wasn't enough. I couldn't get the holes close enough to form a slot for the saw blade, so I put the Dremel cutting wheel to them, and then I widened the slot slightly using a small hacksaw blade (just the blade, no holder).
