The old saying goes, "light cheap and strong, pick any two". The strongest, most durable fabrics, like Dyson's 13 oz. polyester, are somewhat heavy and very expensive. The cheapest fabrics are light, but no as durable. I agree with Marcel that the 10 oz. poly that Tacoma Tent and Awning sells may be the most durable fabric for the price.
