I tried a dense foam roller to flatten down the pre-soaked glass tape for the deck-to-hull seam. MUCH better than either brush or squeegee! Fewer bubbles, gentle on the tape, no brush or other marks. The kit didn't come with this; I got it at Home Depot after remembering someone say he uses them instead of brushes.

Bonus: the handle is longer than the brush handle so I could reach farther toward the ends without attaching an extender handle.

I think I'll take the remaining brushes and put them in the "stain the house" supplies.
