My experience was that they filled right up as I glassed. A couple grew tiny bubbles, but they were easy enough to deal with.

I've heard others complain more. I used a squeegie for glassing, the others used rollers as I recall. Maybe there's a connection?

you can use toothpicks to plug the holes.
