Fill a syringe with epoxy and inject the glue into the holes using moderate pressure. You can buy the syringes at any medical supply store, if not at drug stores near you. If the holes are right through the epoxy will show on the other side. If the holes go only part way through, hold the injector end of the syringe over the hole and pump it a few times. This should have the effect of gradually working the glue down past the air and should allow the air to pass up through the glue.
