last night another neibor came over to look at the sign and asked me to make a custom screen door. so i took everone's advice and quit my job to work wood full time.

only kidding... actually september a year a go i was laid off and just havent found the right job yet. i have been very busy working freelance, consulting and am signifiganly happier with the personal schedule. these wood work projects have been a great relaxer, and i will continue to do them as long as people offer. hopefully i'll be able to get the boat done before the screen door project starts. but i am sure he wants it by christmas...
