Although you will use less of your correspondent's bandwidth if you replace
the indexh.cgi/frames/ with index.cgi/noframes/ - as always there are more
ways to skin a kayak...
With other browsers, you might find it easier to highlight the URL in the
address bar of your browser, hit ctrl/c to copy it and ctrl/v to paste it
into the text of your message. On my browser, I can right click on the
message title (as John described) and choose "Copy link location" from
the menu, then paste as above. It all depends on the browser and mail
software you use - try mailing messages to yourself until you find what
works on your system.
