On the front page, on our Winnipeg Free Press, appeared this picture. Our rivers are all frozen over, but this kayak still “floats”. It was part of our fifth annual Festival of Lights parade to open the Christmas season. It was one of 70 floats. The temperature was minus 12 C. Merry Christmas to all of you.
