Hey c, srchr/gerald, Mike, Kurt, and Jason,
You guys, you're describing my life situation...I still get the butterflies when it comes time to make the payments...shaking my head and biting my pensil...but the office politics, and the stress is definately something I'm glad to be free from....and I'm home with the kids....not missing a nano second with them...and my boat....ahhh...I just hooked up with some guys in town who built a ship...a tall ship....these guys are good....I'm just getting to know 'em...but they've already gained my utmost respect....they're part of a non profit organization....they pay to come in and teach people how to build boats.....their working on a long boat for the Denis Sullivan... the tall ship that was built here not too long ago...it'll be mounted (the long boat)over the rear deck of the ship when it's done....most of 'em are older than me...I'm no spring chicken, they've a couple of prams in the works with two "classes", and one guy's making a clc 17 something. I guess one family just completed an Endeavor....Great bunch. No links to the shop though, maybe it's something I can bring up with their Director of Development over lunch sometime....turns out the man was my high school faculty advisor...haven't seen him in years.
