Just wanted to introduce myself to the board and to say how impressed I am with the incredible wealth of knowledge being shared here. I'm also pleased to see - for the most part - the civility, sense of humor, and what appears to be genuine camaraderie and sense of concern for one another. Keep up the good work!

As I'm sure is true for most "newbies", I have waaaay too many questions so I'll try to keep them to a minimum. Here's one for starters:

I'll be spending a bit of time in the next few weeks tweaking my shop (I'm a woodworker by trade) so have the opportunity to plan ahead for some kayak building. I'm curious what working height people have found comfortable for stripping. Perhaps something like "sheer line vs. my waist height" or "top of hull vs. my elbow height". Probably not a big deal but hey, I have the chance to make it right, so why not!
