Remember, a grab toggle is safer than a grab 'loop'.

: to make the "tunnels" that pass thru the bow and stern, and am
: having trouble. I'm trying to hollow out a 3/4" dowel with a

: After 8 attempts, I have nothing but a list of things that don't work. My
: trouble is, first, centering the hole. Anybody got plans for a jig that
: will easily identify the center of a dowel?

: Second, I can't get the hole straight. Even if it starts reasonably centered
: by eye, when it comes out the other end, it's way out of wack. I've been
: trying to do it free-hand with a drill. It's not working out so good. Any
