If only I was retired and rich like my mom, I'd be on my way the day the river ice broke up. You know, speaking of controlling ideas, Jeff (at Waters Dancing) came up with a good one. He suggested that they would start adding cocaine into the wood flour used for thickening epoxy. The builders would get hooked on the flour and it's secret ingredient and crave more boats to build. Now that I think of it, building is addictive enough without any extra boosts.

Aussieland sure seems like a great idea right now, I'm still feeling cold from my day paddle with Myrl that we did last Sunday. Better get another beer.
