Hi... 1/4" sheet sanders are for flat stuff like furniture, bookcases & tables.
the corners of the sander are rubbing off on the wood where it curves, (It's hard on the sander too.) A R/O sander is the only way to power sand... and a fairing board is the best way to do the sanding that is "powered by Wheaties"
