I have been working on and off (mostly off) for a few months on converting a Harbor Freight utility trailer (the small one 4'x 3 1/3') to haul kayaks and gear. In addition to the cost of the trailer ($179), I spent $160 in materials and about 6 hours of labor. I posted some additional pictures and details on my site.
