G'day Pikabike,
For details on a fairing board, go to Vaclav's One Oceans site, building details, page 9, about two thirds the way down the page.

Easy to make and very effective for getting the best possible fairing/ smooth surfaces - but you need lots of Wheaties! Elbow grease helps too! :-)
