In Response To: Other: kayak sledding (Chuck)
I have yakbogganed off hills into the river a few times now. I have thought of taking my kayak to a hill to do some genuine yakbogganing without water but I haven't got uite that desperate yet. I'm betting if you have an old WW tub around it would make a most excellent ride not to mention the public spectacle. Who knows, maybe that could be the beginning of a new winter sport. Let's name the new sport Yakslolombogganing. You could set up gates to paddle around, a few good jumps and time the run to see who goes the fastest.
