There is information on traditional SOF kayak building on the Qajaq USA site at http://www.qajaqusa.org/Equipment/equipment.htm#kayakbuilding. As the information states, one-off plans are generally not used, rather a building method is employed to ensure that the kayak is a tailored-fit.
