: Find out if anyone in your area likes to shoot off homemade cannons. When
: the shooting range is at its busiest (probably during the weekend) invite
: a bunch of the cannon guys over (especially mortars, they are not meant to
: launch their balls high into the air, not really for precision shooting,
: which can be a plus since your neighbors don't know where the mortar ball
: will end up ) and let them fire away from your property. Make it a BBQ
: party every weekend and you might see it end, especially if, like the
: other guy said, you can get the cannon guys aim their fire near to where
: these rednecks park their trucks.

: Perhaps, make it so that one weekend its cannons and mortars, the next its
: large trebuchets and pneumatic guns, perhaps the next weekend spud guns,

The one time I videotaped the 35 hunters arriving in the morning to document, the range operator shot at my house from 275' away. Luckily, the shot was intercepted by some 24" diameter walnut and cherry trees; unfortunately, they were ruined for any use other than firewood. These types don't like any kind of stuff like that.
