And if that doesn't work, draw all the media attention to the situation that you can. Nobody likes BAD press coverage - not even the NRA.

I believe in a persons right to own a gun, but everyone needs to be responsible (and held accountable) for their OWN actions! The guns are not the problem. The problem is the irresponsible attitudes of the people. If people would just take the time to consider those around them before acting, then we could own all the fire power available and still have no problems arise from it. But, inaccountability seems to be the "norm" these days. None of our rights should be exercised in a way that infringes on the rights of others. WOW, wouldn't that, in itself, make the world a much better place.

A wise man once said, "If two people will sit down and talk, there will never be any need to raise their voices." But, BOTH sides have to be willing to talk. Unfortunately, thats not always the case.

FWIW: If these people in question were building boats, they wouldn't have the time or the inclination for such foolishness.

Lets all be responsible, both on the water AND on the firing range, and may peace abound in this holiday season.
