: I have some video I need to reduce before I can post. one is 55 sec/ 24Meg
: the other is 6:15 at 233 Meg. both files are in MPEG format.

Go to Microsoft's site and download the latest version of Media Player then download their Media Encoder. The encoder will convert mpegs to wmv files. The conversion reduces the size by a factor of 10. It's realy easy to use too.
