As functional art, it doesn't get any better than wooden boats.

: At my ordinary work there is an artsociety that arrange different activities
: with an art accent. Yesterday and today there has been an exhibition with
: employees art of different kind.
: Some people have said that woodstrip kayaks are more suited for hanging on a
: wall then be used in water. So for pleasing them I have exposed two kayaks
: at that exhibition. The kayaks can stand for usable art and handicraft.
: At least I think I won the inofficial and nonexistant BIS-award. (biggest in

: I had a lot of spectators around me and there is something special about
: wooden boats they all said. And as you all know, there is.
