Hi,
Have started stipping the hull on my guillemot but am not having a happy time getting the stips to join nicely at the bow and stern. Have left gaps for cheater strips but with present standard of finish am beginning to lose faith!. Have stopped trying to cut the ends as Nick suggests instead lay the first and plane it using the end form as guide then let the other strip go past and trim to suit. Seems to be a better way forward for me but don't know how things will pan out for the cheaters and all the other joints down the road.
Whats the potential for successful cover-ups down the road?
Guess this is a support group post!!!!
