if by any chance you mean difficult to put a 2 to 8 panel deck on a stripblt or glass (roundish xsection)hull (like pikabike was proposing) - no real reason for it to be any more difficult than any other. any particular sheer shape would have its own set of parameters regardless of construction.
the less panels you choose to design the deck with the more restricted you are in basic shape of course, but otherwise it's just a design (material a minor bit)issue.
