Chip/Marcel, Thanks for the responses. I have been using staples and nails, especially at the bow. But I am not sure what to do with the strips that have already pulled away. They are glued to each other, they are just not against the forms. I can't physically push the strips toward the forms because of the tension, the glue and the staples that are keeping the incorrect angle stiff. I talked with my dad who is a retired engineer and he explained many reasons why my solution to cut it would be bad. I fear that I may have to disassemble that portion. What do you think? By the way, Marcel, your boat looks awesome. I think mine looks pretty good, but yours seems way better.
