I wouldn't even give it a second thought. I have used Raka, Sys. 3 and Mas and they all come in clear containers. I have some epoxy 3+ years old - still works fine. The hardners can get dark and I had that happen to an unopened (can!) of West. The oxygen starts working on it. But it still will work fine. It may thicken a bit however from evaporation of the solvents. The assumption is that you're going to store it inside out of the sunlight anyhow.
