Ummm....Bill? Did you know the graphic is taken from a very famous DaVinci sketch - so if you make it a woman, with a happy expression, you sort of lose the reference.

Re the earlier comment on lettering, a font close to that used in the DaVinci sketches would look good, and carry the idea a little further - conveying by reference to DaVinci the convergence of art and science involved with kayak design, construction and paddling. Regardless of the details, a great idea.
