Mike! Of course I recognize the graphic's origin!! I don't think the reference would be lost by using a woman subject, or changing the facial expression...but it's your entry into the contest...just a suggestion.

This applies to the idea of using a woman subject with a happy facial expression as well...but Mike, I'll enjoy your design as is...let alone with the changes you end up with after hearing out all our friends here.
