: the epoxy was allowed to cure. Sanding after the wet-out coat makes no

The Merganser instructions say to let the glassed coat cure, then repeat for the deck, then install coaming and "detail fittings", THEN sand, apply fill coat(s), sand AGAIN, and finally varnish. So I should go ahead and do the hull's fill coat today???? Before I have even glassed the deck?

Blushing has not occurred yet in any of the epoxy work I've done. Maybe it doesn't happen in dry climates?
