I did most of my glassing in very cold temps last winter. The key is to keep your epoxy and hardener warm (I store mine in the house). Also, when you mix it, let it sit in the cup until it is generating heat. I would not worry about adding heat to the boat. In fact, I'd be prepared to cool it down with water in case it really heats up (I bagged the bow in a heavy trash bag and ended up adding warm water into the container that was holding the bow). Never underestimate the heat-generating capabilities of a cup and a half of hardening epoxy.
