I`ve done end pours at 35° with no problems - However, Wait until noon when you reach the days highest temp. Good results are made when you mix glass bubbles in with the epoxy. If you pour in a total of 250-300ml then devide those up into two pours. First pour then wait about two or three hours, then the second pour. If you pour 200ml+ all at once then the glass will seperate from the wood at the peeks and you`ll develope air pockets, - result is you will be sanding and reglassing the peeks - also okay, it happend to me twice!
The glass bubbles for some reason keep the temp down - mix in enough bubbles so that you have a cloudy liquid consistancy that will flow to the peek, what I mean by this is don`t mix in to much glass bubbles.
Also, I found that the kayak can be moved within 6-8 hours after the last pour.
Hope this helps,
Thats just about all for me till after Christmas. Merry Christmas everyone!
