Ed,
We may be talking about different things.
Some epoxies blush (fog) if applied in adverse (too moist/too cold/sometimes for no reason) conditions. I got this on a recoat I did last summer. I don't know if it will cause a bad bond.
Amin blush is a waxey product that appears on the surface of cured epoxy. It's hard to see so why they call it blush I don't know. It's a byproduct formed when the resin and hardener react. I'm not a chemist,it may be a necessary evil. Anyway, you can't recoat/laminate until amin blush is washed/scraped/sanded off.
AB is only a problem when it comes to the surface. You can do as many coats/laminations as you want until it shows up. So "wet-on-wet" is an easy countermeasure.

: Why do you use epoxys that blush?? Use non-blushing epoxies such a Raka, US
: Composites (slow) or MAS. Raka and US Composites are considerably cheaper
: than other epoxies and I have never had any amine blush!! They are slower
: than other epoxies which makes wet-out much easier. Also, do fill coats
: after wet-out while the previous epoxy coat is still green without
: sanding.
