You can purchase tuning pegs, bridge pins, sharping levers and strings at:

The tapered tuning pegs go all the way through the head of the harp, and you have to ream the hole to a taper. That's what I used. The other ones need a hole drilled a certain depth. The tapered ones are supposed to be the strongest.

Sharping levers allow you to custom tune the harp to play various tunings. The lever works like a capo, fretting the string at a different note. The sharping levers have to be installed after the harp has been tuned about 15 or 20 times and the strings are good and settled. That's the fun part... you have to use a tuner to locate the proper position of each lever, drill the holes, and install the lever, then fine adjust it. I will have 29 of them to do. They are not a nescessity for a harp, just a useful option.
