If you want a cheap copy of the plans, you can look at the West River 180, which is avaiable in the book "the new kayak shop". It seems to fit what you want. I've been considering it for my next project, however I'm leaning towards the Dancing Waters boats right now... going to head down on Monday if I can make time.

I notice that CLC is no longer selling the kit/plans for the WR 180 kayak, so you will have to use the book.
