white pigment from the Home Depot

: I would like my next kayak to be lower maintenance and not show hull
: scratches as easily. I was thinking of useing white pigment in the epoxy
: when I glass the outside of the hull and then paint the hull with a white
: paint. I was wondering what other peoples experiences have been that have
: tried this. I've been told that Awlgrip Brightside paint is a very durable
: finish. Has anyone used this paint? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
