Nearest thing I could find from Aircraft Spruce is what they call an EZ Point fastener. It doesn't have the perforated base of the other nut, but it is used the same way.

If you just need the part numbers, the ones for the 1/4 x 20 stud and nuts are below
1/4-20 -- EZ POINT EZ STUD -- 04-06340 -- $2.85
1/4-20 -- EZ POINT BLIND NUT -- 04-06360 -- $3.60
