Hi
Just finished the al frame and currently working on the seat.
I bought 5 metre 19 mm ( 3/4 inch) tubes wholesale , and did not want to spend additional on tubes for inserts. So I made the inserts from the larger tube itself using the slitting technique. Hope to have some images in my forthcoming web page soon.
My Sea Tour 15 is more like 16 or so, as I used the full 5 metre (16.5 ft?) tube for the gunwales.I changed the frame spacing proportionately.
Quick question: When seated the heels rest against the skin. Is that OK.
Or do we need to extend the seat to support the heels??
Cheers
Prasad
