I was thinking that the acetone may have been the cause - I used it liberally after the seal coat. The epoxy used was US Composites. Funny part is, I used slow cure epoxy for the deck, which didn't appear to blush at all. I used medium for the hull, and it blushed like mad!

Oh well - lessons learned. I'll cut and patch (never had great luck w/ the syringe process).
