I'm not sure what design you're building, but many SnG 4 panels hulls have quite a lot of twist in the bottom panels between amidships and the bow/stern. It is a common (and somewhat ugly) mistake to not twist the panels enough.

My favorite technique is to run a doubled length of wire between the bottom and side panel seams, from one side of the hull to the other. Leave a loop on the outside on one side and the loose ends on the outside at the other. Slide a straight stick ( a 1" x 1" is bout right) through the loop, pull the wire tight, position a second stick between the loose ends of the wire on the other side, cross the wires over the stick and twist tight. Up to the strength of your wire you should be able to pull the bottom panels into the same plane as the side panels at that point, which is common in SnG designs. You'll often see the point where the two panels lie in the same plane about 3 feet back from the bow.

This will tend to A) narrow the hull at that point and B) push the keel line deeper at that point. Check your plans and see if a little persuasion at that point might get you closer to the desired cross section.
