If you eased the edges of the panels to make them easier to align the dimensions change depending on the angle that they meet. I ended up trimming a little less than 1/8" off (all around) the bulkheads which seemed to solve the problem. It's better if they fit a bit loosely as it is easy to make a bump if you force them into place. In the end you have to trust your eye as a change of less than 1/16" panel width can make a noticeable difference in shape in the flatter areas. Take your time and shim/shave the joints to get things fair as there is no going back once you glue the edges together.

The other thing to check is the rocker as the bulkheads/station forms will not fit unless it is correct.
