I assume that the measurements are outside so I allowed for the thickness of the ply. After I lay out the bulkheads I just put a piece of scrap ply on there and mark it and trim to that line. The bow fit nearly perfect and that is where I expected an error because of the twist in the panels. It's near the front and rear bulkhead that are off. I am leaning more and more toward a combination of small errors on my my part. No simple way to know though.

I will start the second boat latter this week and will pay close attention this time and see if I determine what is happening as I go.
