I understand. When I first started using FreeShip it stumped me. I could make something that looked like a boat but..... I printed out the manual and I figured out some more about it, but Toni was the my mentor. Even though he only pointed out a couple of tricks (probably obvious things to him) they helped me immensely!! I can catch on to this type of stuff fairly easy with just a little guidance. Without it I don't think I would have ever learned it.

It sure has a steep learning curve, but the more I use it the more I am impressed with what all it can do. I think it is a near perfect Kayak design tool. Except for the learning curve, but of course that is also what makes it so flexible too. And frustrating. :)

Now that I know how to get the PROPER offsets for the bulkheads I am about to start the hull on my nieces boat. I am anxious and expect it will go together much faster and will less hassles.
